Demonstratives are used to state the distance from the speaker.

The difference between the demonstratives distance (near and far) and singular and plural.



"This" is used for singular nouns that are close to the speaker.


This"هذا" تستخدم مع المفرد القريب.


"That" is used for singular nouns that are far from the speaker.

That "ذلك" تستخدم مع المفرد البعيد.


"These" is used for plural nouns that are close to the speaker.
